Had a zinger box meal yesterday (06/06/2022) and at 23:00 started to get unbearable stomach cramps and diarrhoea, this carried on into the night leaving me with no sleep and waking up with a fever and cold sweat, Still very nauseated and still having diarrhoea.Due to this unfortunate incident, I am still very ill and cannot attend my Exams. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
