Ordered thru hte drive thru. Only ate the french fries and and pepsi. Saved the rest for dinner at work. 1.5 hours later had massive cramping and had to leave work. 20 hours later still having severe cramping and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
