Ate mega box last night, vomited twice at 6 am. Watery diharrea at 10 am onwarrds. Vomited about 2 litres at 1 pm, chest pain from that all day with severe stomach pain. not happy at all | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain
