On Friday around 3.30 pm I was on my way shopping but felt for a little snack as I hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered me and my son a snack box to share they didn’t have nothing but chicken pieces so that was what I had to have my son doesn’t like chicken pieces and he only ate the chips , I could smell a funny smell of the chicken but I just felt as if it was normal , we went home and I was okay woke up the next day with so many plans but when I woke up I felt so lightheaded and sick I was vomiting everywhere I vomited around 5 times when I started to panicky at around 12 so I rang 111 and they offered me a ambulance which I declined as I had my 3 year old son and I didn’t want to bring him to a&e with me so they put me on the phone to a nurse I was also vomiting while on the phone to her, they found me a appointment for grays court surgery but as I left to leave for my appointment I was so lightheaded and also started vomiting again I couldn’t go in the end as I didn’t want to get sick in a taxi or walking down the road ,all night until early hours of the morning Sunday 25th is when I felt normal again , I had a lot of plans for Saturday aswell | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
