Chicken Meal Induced Nausea - KFC, England

Food was nice until I was feeling heart palpitations 24/7 more I thought about reasons why it was happening faster it got.
I tried breathing techniques and tried to sleep but then nausea kicked in vomiting started, the vomit was the chicken it was chunky sounded n felt heavy as it came out it nearly blocked me from breathing when facing down into the toilet...
I never usually had a problem with this store but I did with the hunslet road one. I now have 9hour shift to do in 5hours and not sure im able to make it even though I've just had a week of holiday | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
