My husband and I had spicy chicken Sandwich combo which was tasty but 6hours later i am nauseated unable to eat anything with abdominal pain and awful smelling flatus. My husband is having awful smelling diarrhea. We only had this as a meal today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
