So true I've had explosive diarrhea cos I ate beyond meat , I admit from and like four times in a week lmao... With fries and my bf always get beef but he bit once and had diarrhea a bit once also but it's mostly me !! And I haven't eaten it for two days it's getting better lmao but I don't feel sick and I don't think I'm loosing nutrients tho ima go walk in clinic prolog of it doesn't stop lol ...
