I ordered an 8 piece meal. I was starving so I grabbed my plate and had a leg with Cole slaw & mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken seemed really dark and the texture seemed off. When I ate the chicken it tasted stale. So out of the 8 pieces 2 looked fairly fresh and the rest were really dark and stale. Some chicken was missing the skin... after looking at the chicken it looked webby and dry and some had finger indentation... did they just give me someone elses returned chicken? After finishing my leg I started to feel nauseous so I called them.. they hung up on me so I gave a very bad feed back on their website and drove back there and got a full refund.
