App Issues, Food Illness - KFC, Atlanta Georgia

At 5p I was in Drive Thru and I ordered a breast and a wing with coleslaw. The speaker said I need to download the app for the “adult special.” I never heard of anything like that before.I thought it was strange so I said okay and proceeded to download the app since no one was behind me. Then she said oh no it will take 30 minutes to download. I said okay I will drive around and park to download their app. I proceeded with this process and placed my order. The said drive to the pickup parking space and wait until 5:23p and your order will be ready. I waited until 5:30p and no one came outside with my order. I checked the app and it said my order is waiting inside at the pickup counter inside the restaurant . I was NOT EXPECTING TO GO INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. Anyway I proceeded to retrieve my walker from the back seat, and while in pain, I made it to the front counter. I waited more than a few minutes before asking for my order. My order was not waiting for me in the pickup area. However it was behind the counter. Finally acknowledged my presence after I got her attention.it appeared she was just clocking in at that time. Then she passed me my food. I sat in Walmart parking lot on Old National eating my food. The chicken didn’t taste fresh but I ate it anyway. The coleslaw tasted okay. The drink didn’t have enough fizz but was okay. Then I proceeded to shop in Walmart the entire time. First I started feeling like I was going to have make a bowel movement. I completed my shopping at 9:30p. As I was about to ride the Walmart handicap cart outside, I asked the cashier to watch my cart while I use the restroom. She agreed. Once in the stall I started having a bowel movement followed by diarrhea and nausea! While still on the commode I violently vomited 🤮 at least four to five times until the contents of my order was all over the right side of my dreads, dress, on the aluminum wall of the stall and on the right of the commode on the floor. I was in the restroom seem like almost an hour. After I cleaned up myself with as much toilet paper as possible, I retrieved my cart from the cashier. Now it is 10:35p. I am sitting in my car in front of restaurant on 5245 Old National Highway where I reported this incident to them, the store manager who said at first there was nothing she could do. Then I asked what was the procedure for something like this and she said she didn’t know. I told her to find out and she told me to drive around. After waiting for her reply, I started this anedotal record of what happened. Then she came to the car and stated I need to go to the doctor to determine if the restaurant made me sick because how would she know that was All I had during the day. Then she said the doctor would determine if restaurant’s food made me sick. At this point her entire demeanor changed when I told her I was online writing this report. Manager went back inside after I told her that I didn’t want anybody else to get sick. This concludes this writing about my experience.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
