Chicken Texture, Smell Concerns - KFC, Rīga

Ordered 12 wing bucket + 2x zinger burgers combo. Noticed the meat has weird "texture" when chewing, the chicken fillet inside the burger was uneatable giving off a raw "smell" (I never had raw chicken before so I don't know what it smells like but it smelled bad), I didn't finish it after taking 1 bite, went to sleep and 3h later woke up to stomach pain and violently threw up. Not the first time that I avoid eating meat that has this weird "texture and smell" to it but this time I swallowed a bit.
