Severe Illness from Chicken Wrap - KFC, Beijing Shi

I ordered a chicken wrap on Saturday afternoon. By Sunday morning I had vomiting and diharrea so bad I could not get off the toilet from 3.30am-8.30am. I spent the entire day shaking with chills and cramps. If I could have called 119 and told the ambulance my address in Chinese I would have gone to the hospital. Absolutely terrifying as I am in a foreign country. I've never had such horrible food posiening in my life.
