burger I got a burger through drive through was wrong so I walked in to get the right order and at at about 7.30pm on Monday the 5th of October the next morning I woke up around 4.30am with bloating abdomen and stomach cramps and Diarrhea. I felt a little better so I ate some fruit and got on with my day around 8am the pain in my stomach was worsening but couldn’t pass anything I began to get a severe headache neck and limb pain weakness lethargic and confusion So I took two Panadol at 11.30 I passed a lot of Diarrhea followed by a lot of vomit I felt very dehydrated yet full of water and my pain was only getting worse. My sister found a health direct website and did a symptoms checker for me where we where prompted to call them and they end up calling me an ambulance. The ambulance took me to Tomaree Medical Centre in Nelson Bay where they treated my dehydration Diarrhea and nausea. I left over 4hrs later still which cramps headache and muscle aches and they told me to manage it myself or return if the vomiting started again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
