Shellfish Mishap Causes Illness - Buffet, Plano Texas

I ate some noodles and orange chicken( the orange chicken had mixed in the shell fish and I don’t think I have a shell fish allergy) and I had eaten just one plate. Not even 20 minutes later my stomach is KILLING me. I’m writing this now and I’m shi*ting profusely and wanting to throw up but I just can’t. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea
