Food Safety Report: King Soopers, East 9th Avenue, Denver, CO, USA.

The hot bar / prepared foods section is so poorly run that I end up waiting 5-10 minutes minimum before any employee sees and is able to help me. They are perpetually understaffed. I can only assume that this lack of urgency translates to oversights in food safety.

I got a chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese in the mid afternoon on Sunday, 2/11/18. Only took about 12 minutes. That was the only food I ate that day. Around 7:00 p.m. I broke into an intense fever/chill, then ultimately diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
