Reheated Food Illness Outbreak - Kipriotis Village Resort, Kos

All inclusive holiday. On 30/10/24 my 10 y.o child fell ill. On 31/10 me and my husband. Other guest on reception were also complaining about poor quality of food and subsequent food poisoning. Hotel stuff failed to offer drinking water or any other help. We spent two days in our room until the date of departure. Since there is a reduced capacity at the end of the season, it seems that hotel re-heats old food. Hard bread, cold mushy chips and luck of variety in menu (I.e same food every day) indicates that the hotel serve leftover food from previous day. Also plates and cutlery are not washed with some having traces of food on them. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
