Had the tonkastsu ramen with tempura shrimp. Tummy ache right after eating, then the next day around 24 hours after eating it; terrible diarrhea and stomach pain. Maybe it was the egg, not sure, but good god it was awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
