Knorr pasta sides broccoli and cheese rice. Nausea after eating followed by projectile vomit and diarrhea

I think I was poisoned by KNORR pasta brand of side dishes by the company Krorr. I'm not sure what grocery store I got it up but I'm from Pennsylvania. I'm ate it and I hadn't eaten anything all day and I got extremely nauseous and then I began to projectile vomit. That was last night. And today I'm having extremely bad diarrhea. But it was the only thing I ate that day. So I'm assuming that it was that, it was KNORR pasta it's a pretty popular brand. It was the broccoli and cheese flavor. I'm not sure when we got it. I know it wasn't expired. Just wanted to report it in case it is something it's not been great. Maybe just made me sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
