Made the mac and cheese for dinner and a few hours later I felt really nauseous. Never actually threw up but did have diarrhea all night. Slept half of the day and felt quite a bit better when I woke up. Had soup for dinner, the only thing I ate all day and it didn't sit well. I've had some nasty acid reflux since then and mild stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Acid reflux
