Suspected source: 11 day old Kraft Mac and cheese leftovers
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: Mac and cheese was not in air tight container. Was covered by tinfoil. In fridge for 11 days after being made and sitting at room temperature for 5 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
