I ate the instant Mac and cheese, and cooked it well. I always eat Mac and cheese and it never gave me this problem until now. A couple of hours laying in bed stomach was bubbling and cramping not thinking of it but 2 hours later something told me to get up and I did. I had diarrhea & threw up at the same time , WROST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! hope I get better though | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
