Cucumber recall never adddressed. Got sick after eating 5 sliced cucumbers on Sunday. Have spent 1.5 hours on phone with Kroger corporate since Monday. They will not recognize what is obvious on FDA website. Affects Virginia, FDA Even has full list of products and barcodes, and pics of labels are shown on website. Have visited 5 Kroger stores who look at the FDA information and store managers just say that they have received nothing from corporate thatmandates a recall. 4 parties are involved, Bedner Growers, JFE Franchising, who the grower sells to, Snowfruit (cuts fruit and veggies right in Kroger stores behind the scenes), and Snowfox, (make suishi in Kroger), and.Kroger. I spokewith Bedner Growers on Wednesday. Was told someone would call me back but have heard nothing. I have purchased several cut up items everyday for years. Never again. I am not happy with an organization who does not care about the health of their customers. SALMONELLA CAN CAUSE HEART PROBLEMS, BRAIN ANEURYSMS, AND ARTHRITIS THAT MAY BE REALIZED YEARS LATER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
