On Friday 11.17.2023 at approximately 2:30 p.m., I shopped at Stop & Shop. In addition to other items, I bought Greek Pasta Salad (a prepared food), frozen butterfly shrimp, and Boar’s Head sauerkraut. It is typical for me to eat one meal a day. I went to bed around 7:30. At approximately 1:00 a.m. the following morning on 11.18.2023, I was awakened by a feeling of pronounced nausea. I made it to the bathroom just in time to vomit in the sink. The vomiting was propulsive and plentiful. While this was happening, I sensed the onset of diarrhea. From then on for a couple hours it was back and forth between the toilet and the sink. This would have been stressful during daylight hours, but at 1:00 to 3:00 in the morning it was horrific.
