I ate General Mills Rice Chex on Wednesday and 3-4 hours after I had diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. The last time I was that sick was years ago and i had food poisoning. My daughter ate it Sunday and vomited a few hours after, but I didn’t put two and two together until I got sick. No one else in my household has eaten it, and no one else has gotten sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
