Ate Kroger’s friend chicken from the deli section ( hot not the cold ones ) and mac n cheese. Felt nausea and dizzy and faint 4 hours later while at the gym out of no where. Stomach still irritated. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Dizziness
