College Eats: Bloating, Nausea - Chef Boyardee, Memphis Tennessee

I eat chef boyardee a lot because I’m a college kid with college money. The last couple bowls of it I had caused a lot of bloating and gas, with slight nausea. I’m Not sure what could cause it, but it’s mildy concerning. I will say the last bowl I had was 1/13/23, but there have been others before that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Bloating, Gas
