Shrimp Illness: Severe Vomiting - Kung Fu Panda Palace, Houston Texas

3 years ago reported by user-vqkkx977 business

Kung Fu Panda Palace, Bingle Road, Houston, Texas, USA

1332 Bingle Road, Houston, 77055 Texas, United States

My husband came home telling me something is wrong with him. Left room for one minute came back with him over the toilet throwing up. This lasted for hours. And it was vomit like I've never seen before. Dark and thick and just gross. We thought at one point it could be blood but ruled that out. He literally thought he was gonna die. His symptoms would come and go but when they came he was in a trance like state where his eyes not focusing and didn't make any sense. I went back and forth about calling an emt. He finally fell asleep and woke up 12 hours later feeling hungover and confused. He is up now and walking around but still left in a shock like state. The rest of our crew did not get any symptoms like this but he was the only one who had the shrimp. I told him shrimp from a fake Chinese restaurant probably not the smartest decision but he said the clerk reassured him it was a customer favorite. Needless to say we won't ever be going back! | Symptoms: Vomiting
