C. diff & Campylobacter Outbreak - Kwik Trip, Green Bay Wisconsin

8 years ago reported by user-dgxc4639 business

Kwik Trip #700, Shawano Avenue, Green Bay, WI, United States

1871 Shawano Avenue, Green Bay, 54303 Wisconsin, United States

11/16/2017 approximately 11:30 p.m. I ate 50% of an Angus Cheese Burger with Jalapenos and became ill four hours later with remarkable diarrhea every 30 minutes, uncontrollable vomiting with nausea, and sever cramps in my right abdominal quadrant. I went to the local emergency room 11/18/2017 and returned to the emergency room 11/21/2017. My stool culture confirmed Clostridum Difficile and Campylobacter, on 11/22/2017. My imaging scans noted that my colon was indeed swollen and inflamed. I continued to suffer from those symptoms for several weeks. It wasn't until Sunday, December 17, 2017, that my symptoms subsided completely. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
