Cold Fish Sandwich Incident - Kwik Trip, Portage Wisconsin

I got two uncooked... cold in the middle fish sandwiches. This was before 10p and they were stamped 11:30p. I took two bites and noticed they were not very warm but thought maybe it was because I had opened them up to add tartar sauce. My third bite was ice cold, I spit that one out. I took them back into the store, I was clearly not happy but I was not mean to anyone. They refunded my money and I got attitude from the lady behind the counter. What these barely competent skin bags don't understand or care about is that if I get sick on their food it could cost me a lot of money, and I have been sick on their food so many times that I just don't eat it anymore but tonight I was starving and thought maybe a couple fish sandwiches would be safe. Obviously I was wrong again. I work for myself, I own a small business and the next time this happens I am going to make an incredibly huge deal out of it with the health department and anyone else in our County that I can contact and then, assuming I am sick on the food I will sue KwikTrip for my damages and maybe 15 USC 1 if I can make that case. I also entertain the notion of taking out a commercial lien against them. I absolutely hate this company. More often than not they have obnoxious goofballs working for them. There are nice employees at every store I've gone into but the ones that aren't ruin all that and the stench of their corporate bu11sh1t comes through even the nicest interactions, especially when they say "Thanks, see ya next time" which is one of a few corporate lines their employees are forced to say to everyone. This means that any interaction with anyone in the store can be assumed inauthentic. I hope my little report here is giving everybody who has problems with their food, and that is a lot of people, all kinds of ideas about how to go after them. | Symptoms: Other
