Carnitas dinner from a Mexican restaurant Came home from dinner and laid down about an hour after getting home. About 1.5 hours later I woke up because my stomach was so swollen. Had my first round of diarrhea, and vomiting around 0130, and then would lie back down for about 30 mins or so before having to repeat the cycle. I am still vomiting at 0845 sunday but now it's just water and bile. About 25 mins after I drink it, my stomach cramps and I have diarrhea and vomit up the water and more bile.Last night/this mornong | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea, Swelling, Bile
