Update: Only had a few bites of enchilada plate (about 1/8 of plate) which consisted of 1 cheese enchilada with rice and beans. Food temperature was very hot on outside, but barely warm on the inside. Did not eat rice after one bite… it was like slimy maggots with onions… the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. How this place stays in business is a mystery. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
