Stayed for seven days. The food was atrocious and unsanitary. Hotel gave us a pass to try the food at the Royal to change our outlook on the food. It was just as suspicious. Waiter told husband that he would rather not serve him the tuna appetizer as it was “not in great condition”. Served him salad instead. Since eating at la carreta at the Royal Husband has had severe diarrhea, fever, stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
