I ordered a beef burrito supreme around dinner time on February 23, 2023. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and only had a quesadilla. It was about abt an hour after when I got an upset stomach. It is now midnight and I have vomited 8 or 9 times and have had diarrhea approx 4 times. That was my first meal of the day and also my last. My girlfriend has reported no symptoms whatsoever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
