Salsa Suspected Poisoning Incident - Ralphs, San Diego California

I put the salsa on a bean burrito on Thursday 4/14/2022 around 1 pm. Symptoms started on Fri. AM at 5:30 am with diarrhea. Missed work on Fri. 4/15/2022 and had diarrhea and muscle aches, head ache, and lethargy all day Friday and into Saturday morning. Did not suspect the store bought salsa as the culprit until my wife complained about stomach cramps on Saturday afternoon. She had eaten the same salsa on Saturday morning and 3 hrs later was suffering from cramps that she said felt like period cramps. (She is 61 yes old and no longer suffers from period cramps.) I am feeling a little better at 6 PM on Sat . She is now in bed with cramps. This is the only mutual food we both ate as she has been on a strict diet and has her own food choices which differ from mine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Muscle Pain
