Diarrhea and vomiting was so severe I had to be treated for dehydration with IVs in the Emergency Dept. of a major hospital in South Carolina. Symptoms were severe cramping 30 min after leaving La Unica, explosive, relentless diarrhea 1.5 hrs after leaving La Unica, & vomited up the rest of the barbacoa 4 hours after leaving La Unica. I was released from the hospital 12 hrs after leaving La Unica & back to 100% within 48 hrs of dining at La Unica | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
