- comments: - must provide the proper supplies(including a sanitizer effective for eliminating norovirus) to go with the vomitous and diarrheal incident clean-up procedure provided on site. Priority foundation violation#:7-38-005. No citation issued. -

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: - must provide handwash signage at all handwash sinks and maintain. -

23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: - must provide proper labels for date marking the preparation and consume by/discard date (maximum of 7 days total) of all refrigerated, ready-to-eat, tcs foods prepared on site and held over 24hrs. Priority foundation violation#: 7-38-005. No citation issued. -

37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: - observed foods stored inside the coolers/freezers out of original containers and without identifying labels. Must provide the common name of all food items, to be labeled on foods stored out of original containers. -

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: - observed grocery bags being used for food storage inside the freezers. Must remove and provide 'food-grade' storage bags/containers. -

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: - observed a debris buildup on/inside the exhaust ventilation fan covers inside the toilet rooms. Must detail clean and maintain. -

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: - observed a new/temporary employee on site without a food handler certificate. Must provide food handler training certification for all new and temporary employees with/in 30 days of employment, and maintain certificates on site. -

58. Allergen training as required
- comments: - must provide allergen awareness training for all certified managers, and maintain certificates on site. -
