Dinner on 7th Sept. Seafood eaten at restaurant dinner at 9pm. Partner started feeling nausea after leaving restaurant approx 11:30pm . Violent vomiting for hours occurred. Taken to hospital by ambulance after passing out. Hospital confirmed food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
