I had the shrimp dinner last night delivered to my house. It was all I ate since breakfast. The food was just ok, I was kind of disappointed, and I didn’t finish the whole thing. I’ve had severe stomach pains and nonstop diarrhea since this morning, going on 13 hours now. I’ve never had a stomachache this bad. I had to leave work early, and might call off again tomorrow. I hope I don’t have to go to the doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
