My daughter purchased a box of Lucky Charms for their family on March 26,2022 from a local grocery store in Clarksville, TN. Their 2 year old son was given a bowl yesterday morning, April 2, 2022 along with her husband. Her husband had an immediate reaction with greenish diarrhea and severe cramping not relating or thinking that it could be a reaction to the cereal they went along with their day but after they put my grandson to bed roughly 12-14 hours after he ingested his cereal he became very sick and projectile vomited all over himself while in his sleep! Extremely dangerous! My poor grandson has been having greenish diarrhea today since he woke up this morning after the vomiting episode last night Absolutely awful and horrible. Also I have tried to attach pictures of the cereal box as well as the amount of cereal that was and has been ingested by her family however it will not allow me to post them. Lucky Charms Cereal I have pictures of the box and serial numbers for the lucky charms that was purchased.04/05 update: I just happened to remember her telling us how sick her husband was to the point that he had to go the his Dr on base roughly 72 hours after getting a stomach bug, she also had to pick our grandson up from preschool due to explosive diarrhea on two separate occasions that week but they thought it was the stomach bug however after reminding her of those episodes she realized that she had bought a box of lucky charms around March 15, 2022 from the Sango location, both baby and hubby had been eating lucky charms from that first box her husband ate the cereal on March 19th in the pm and woke up with explosive diarrhea, nausea and fatigued weakness that 1st box was purchased at the Sango Location the 2nd box (the box I wrote initial report about) was purchased from the Peachers Mill Location. She had to take my grandson to the walk in emergency clinic today because he woke up again last night at 11pm vomiting in his sleep, he than feel asleep in her arms and had a massive diarrhea explosion followed by two more vomiting episodes. He has been given zoftan so far. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
