Additional information: I started bleeding when it’s not my expected date. I was traveling to Yaoundé , book a ticket from touristique voyage777 akwa that departed at 4am . The journey was so smooth and everything was fine , after several hours into the journey, the waitress serve all the passengers some breakfast which I took a croissant( on the package, it was written le moulin de France ) and some milky coffee. After a several minutes , I started feeling some discomfort which aggravated . As soon as we got to Yaoundé, I and my dad left the bus cause I felt so nauseous that I couldn’t support sitting in bus . I vomitted so much, felt dizzy , had a headache and severe stomach pain. To cut the story short, I am still in so much pain
