I ate a variety of buffet items along with my partner. I also ate lettuce from the salad bar which my partner did not eat. Big mistake.About 3.5 hours later I was vomiting everything which was followed by stomach pain. Meanwhile the territory below the stomach was staging its own revolt. 2 hours later I was struck with violent watery diarrhea, as though coming from a faucet. Again, followed by cramping and pain. I was afraid to sleep...you can imagine why.
Next day I am completely bloated with a tender abdomen filled with gas. Still a little queasy with a crampy bowel.
I think I’ll be okay eventually but no gardening for me today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas, Cramps, Bloating
