June21 2021 I ate for breakfast jelly donuts and Lactaid milk in my coffee and became seriously ill while working. WIthin 45 minutes I started to vomit and it continued for six hours, and with an attempt at drinking gatoraid and gingerale I could not keep anything down and became quickly dehydrated. My husband ran out and got pedia lyte and I almost passed out so he drove me to the ER in Culpeper where they had to medicate me and IV to stop the vomitting. It was diagnosed as a food born illness. I went to the ER due to the dehydration and inability to stop vomitting. I will never shop there again! To make matters worse they offered to pay my medical expenses, and when I submitted the very small bill leftover from my insurance company already paying a bulk of my ER incident, the insurance company for them called and stated that I cant prove it was them and the refused all of a sudden to pay this very small bill! I am outraged as I attempted to by honest and not be a gold digger and sue, however now I realize I should have done so! Shame on them! They already had accepted fault in writing and I felt that their honesty was enough at that point, until now!Jelly donuts from the bakery and Lactain Milk were consumed from there that morning I dont recall, I would say within an hour of consuming the products I truly dont remember the exact time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
