Has dinner as usual at the Casablanca buffet around 8pm Friday March 24/23. Woke up around 1230 feeling nauseous and ended up spending the whole night vomiting and diarrhea. May have run a fever at some point. Informed guest services and given information for medical centre but no other actions taken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
