Ate a regular roast beef there on sun night and had a leftover one mon for lunch. Had cramping, body sweats and lightheaded by mon evening. Woke up at midnight and haven't been able to leave the bathroom since. It's finally noon on Tues and I've made it back to the couch but I'm still dealing with cramping, sweating which gets worse when I get up and having to use the bathroom just not as often.
