I ate the Deep Dish and chicken wings yesterday and then the next day I kept throwing up and had a huge stomach ache. My head was hurting so bad with a hot fever. I was perfectly fine before I ate the food. I'm never eating Litlle Caesars again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
