Additional information: Ordered a pepperoni and crazy bread. felt fine before, a few hours later felt indigestion and heartburn. took a nap and ended up having severe chills and stomach pain until i had diarrhea and was vomiting at the same time. have fever for a few hours, diarrhea for two days now. haven’t vomited since first day. i’m only reporting this because of the severe symptoms and pain i felt i truly want nobody else to go through what i did | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
