I went to buy a cheese pizza on July 24, 2024, at the Little Caesars on Bland Street in Bluefield, WV. They told me it would take 15 minutes before it would be ready, so I went outside and sat in my car to wait while the pizza was getting ready. A guy came in the store with a dog, and the cashier named Niaja was taking customers orders. As I was sitting in my car, I looked up and seen Niaja come fru behind the counter and picked the dog up and started rubbing on the dog. She went back behind the counter, didn't wash her hands and continued to wait on customers, and handing them their food. I immediately jumped out of the car and I went back in and told her that I wanted somebody else to hand me my food, because I told her that I seen her rubbing all over the dog and didn't wash her hands. She got irate and said I am just touching the boxes, and I told her that I still didn't want her touching the box with the food in it, because the food was for my pregnant niece and she had just went to the hospital the day before and I didn't want her to get sick from her even handle the box. We had a real big show down in the store and the girl that I was told was suppose to be the manager said to me , that is my dog and I keep my dog clean. In the first place, the manager shouldn't have let her boyfriend bring the dog in a place where food is being served. I'm also going to report this to the health department. Whoever owns this Little Caesars, they need to train these people about cleanliness and to keep animals out of eating places. I will never ever eat anything from there as long as I live. I hope something will be done about this, because I will try my best to get this place shut down. If this person suppose to be the manager, she certainly needs some training and the people under her too. Somebody could get sick and die from filth. Again, I am going to report this to the health department so they can take a look into this.I want the supervisor or owner of this Little Caesars to do something about this and the workers that I had the encounter with. They don't need to get by with this and somebody ends up sick or dead from neglect and uncleanliness.
