I got sick after eating pepperoni pizza, I ordered online for 11am and went to pick it up I ate two slices. I started having diarrhea all night tonight. First my stomach was hurting like a burning sensation and I threw up a lot. Then I started having diarrhea and I have not been able to stop pooping since 6pm I didn’t eat anything else today. This location just opened up and needs to get thoroughly inspected. My doctor advised me to go to the hospital or urgent care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
