I ordered a cheese pizza between the times of 9:45-10:00pm on 6/10/17. I got home and ate the pizza at around 10:30. I had not consumed any other food since breakfast at 10:30am. Around 3am on 6/11/17 I woke up with severe stomach pain, a headache, and vomiting which continued until 9:30am. After which the headache and stomach pain continued with feverish body temperature. I am still feeling ill today 6/12/17. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
