We ordered pizza for delivery from the west olympia little Ceasars on 9/7/24, we got our order around 530 pm, (a sausage pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a hawaiian pizza and breadsticks) and ate dinner. I noticed a couple hours later, around 10pm that I was having some stomach pain and nausea, as well as having some sulfa burps and being more gassy than I typically am. I started drinking water thinking I just had been getting dehydrated, and the pain and burps continued for another couple hours. Then at 1 am, I woke up to need the bathroom urgently, and I began having diarrhea, as well as started vomiting at the same time. This lasted for a little over an hour before I was able to get my stomach to settle enough to lay back down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas, Dehydration, Burping
