My boyfriend and I got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza on 12/9/18. I ate 2 pieces. He ate 3, and I took the rest to my brother. My boyfriend and I both got sick around 6:00pm roughly 6 hours after eating. We've had severe nausea, diarrhea, fever, chills, and an excruciating headache. My brother woke up with nausea today and has had nausea and diarrhea all day.
