My boyfriend and I got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza on 12/9/18. I ate 2 pieces. He ate 3, and I took the rest to my brother. My boyfriend and I both got sick around 6:00pm roughly 6 hours after eating. We've had severe nausea, diarrhea, fever, chills, and an excruciating headache. My brother woke up with nausea today and has had nausea and diarrhea all day. Currently, my stomach sounds like a pod of whales, and my boyfriend is throwing up again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
